This is not a generic workout, a basic fitness test, or a sales appointment. It is a high-skill, individualized session guided by Natalia’s experience, trained eye, and ability to determine what needs to be assessed, prioritized, and addressed first. You will leave with greater clarity around what your body may need, what kind of support fits best, and whether Custom Fit Coaching is the right next step for you.

What to expect

During your Assessment/Placement Session, Natalia will guide you through a focused intake conversation and individualized movement evaluation. Rather than following a generic checklist, she will select the most relevant assessments based on your goals, training history, current challenges, and how your body presents in real time. This may include observing posture, breathing, mobility, stability, strength, balance, coordination, and foundational movement patterns. The goal is to leave with a clearer understanding of your starting point, what may be limiting progress, and which coaching option is the best fit moving forward.
